Thank you for supporting Feel the Power. Each item we offer is created with purpose—to inspire a reconnection with God and divine strength. Because many of our products are custom-made through print-on-demand partners, we’ve outlined our refund and return policy to ensure clarity and transparency.

Made-to-Order Products

Many of our products are printed or produced only after an order is placed. As such:

  • All sales are final on made-to-order items.

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse.

  • Please double-check sizing charts and product descriptions before completing your purchase.

 

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, we want to make it right.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

We’ll assess the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit where appropriate.

 

Return Process (if applicable)

In rare cases where a return is approved, we will provide specific return instructions.

  • Returns must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

 

Refunds (if approved)

Once your return or issue is processed:

  • Refunds will be applied to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement.

  2. Contact your bank or card issuer—it may take time before the refund is officially posted.

Final Sale Items

Certain items may be marked as Final Sale—these cannot be returned or refunded unless defective. This will be clearly noted on the product page.
